Marta is amazing, if we could give her more stars on the rating we would. We set some pretty specific goals on price and location but Marta still delivered. She even managed to find us a house in the exact neighborhood we loved and requested for a price we could afford. The houses in the neighborhood sell fast and often end in bidding wars but not this time because of her diligent efforts. She spotted it within minutes of it hitting the MLS, had a viewing set up within an hour and had an offer in by the end of the day. No bidding war – just my new home – which perfectly matched all of the checklist items we were looking for! Her excellent advice on the market, pricing, and negotiations with the owner were much appreciated, she delivered all the items I needed to sign electronically, and worked around my busy work traveling schedule. She is professional and made the process fun. We felt comfortable and like our interests were well cared for. Excellent job Marta!!!
