Those pursuits include Summerlin’s network of 150 paved miles of trails, in addition to all the hiking Red Rock offers. Paseos Park, Vistas Park and Community Center and Fox Hill Park are all located on the west side of 215 as well and offer endless opportunities for family fun. Not to be outdone, however, Stonebridge will have its own 12-acre village park with lighted soccer fields, a basketball court, an exercise area, pickleball courts, a shaded playground and picnic pavilions. Stonebridge dares you to get bored.

Because this is Summerlin, the public schools here are top notch. If you prefer charter, Doral Academy with its great curriculum and arts programs is just a few blocks away. All in all, there are roughly 25 private, public and charter schools nearby. Don’t be surprised at the quantity. Summerlin is known to attract families from far and wide. Though you’ll be living about as far west as you can get in the Vegas Valley, you’ll still be close to grocery stores, gas stations and, of course, Downtown Summerlin—an outdoor shopping experience with a variety of dining options, boutique shops, favorite brands (we know you love LuLu Lemon) and department stores. You can walk your dog here while you shop or grab a coffee—and don’t forget to put the weekly farmer’s market on your calendar. In fact, make a date with us to see the floorplans.
